Before contacting us

Veri-park is an on-line parking management software system, developed by ParkingPal Ltd, used by both local authority and private car park operators. Most of these run their sites according to their own terms and conditions of use and will have their own customer contact details displayed in their car parks or on their own web pages. 

In most instances the car park operator should be the first to be contacted if you have any questions regarding;

  • Disabled access and any special dispensations offered for Disabled drivers
  • Local terms and conditions of parking
  • Rates, tariffs and any discount scheme rules
  • What payment options do I have?
  • I haven't been able to, or forgot to, pay and want to know what to do next
  • I think I have paid, but want to make sure
  • Long term parking, contract or season card availability
  • What to do if you have received a parking charge notice (PCN) or Standard Charge Notice (SCN) or equivalent?
  • Who is responsible for processing and issuing PCNs or SCNs?

If you are in any doubt then contact your local car park operator in the first instance as it is likely that they will be best placed to answer your query.
